Fear

A man finds his stride when he sheds all fear and refuses to allow others to define him. A certain liberation occurs when a man realizes he is good enough and cares not what others may say. A man is impervious to slings and arrows when he wears the armor of dignity and self-acceptance. The high road may be lonely, yet sublime. Gutters are filled with the flotsam of pettiness.
